fkd9 Responsible Gaming — Your safety is our priority
fkd9 believes betting should be enjoyable and safe. We are committed to helping you play within the right limits.
Our Commitment
fkd9 is not just an online casino — it is a responsible entertainment platform. We place the highest importance on every player's mental and financial wellbeing. The core idea of responsible gaming is that betting is a form of entertainment; it should never be a source of income or a solution to financial problems.
We provide tools on our platform to help you keep your betting habits in check. From setting deposit limits to full self-exclusion — fkd9 is with you every step of the way.
Protection Tools
fkd9 provides you with a range of effective tools to keep your betting experience in control.
Set a Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period before it comes into effect.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a break, you can take a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log into your account, which will help you return with a clear head.
Self-Exclusion
For a longer break, you can choose self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. If self-exclusion is active, any attempt to open a new account will also be rejected.
Set a Betting Amount Limit
Set your own limit on how much you can wager within a given period. If you exceed this limit, the system will automatically alert you.
24/7 Support Service
Contact our live chat support in Bengali at any time. Our trained team will help you use the responsible gaming tools.
Review Your Betting History

How to Activate Self-Exclusion
The self-exclusion process at fkd9 is simple and quick. Follow the steps below:
Log into your fkd9 account and go to the Settings menu.
Go to the "Responsible Gaming" or "Security" section in your account settings.
Choose 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion — whichever suits your needs.

Guidelines for Setting Limits
Follow these tips to keep your betting under control:
Set a realistic budget from the start and stick to it strictly.
Treat betting as entertainment — hope to win, but be prepared to lose as well.
Never bet more than a set amount, and avoid betting with borrowed money entirely.
Take regular breaks and review your betting history every week.
Spend time with family and friends — do not let betting become the centre of your life.
Recognise the Signs of Gambling Addiction
If any of the following signs appear in you or someone you know, help should be sought immediately.
Repeatedly betting to recover lost money and a tendency to wager more and more.
Hiding betting activity from family or friends or lying about it.
Being unable to cover regular expenses or falling into debt because of betting.
Being unable to stop even when you want to, or repeatedly betting beyond set limits.
Feeling discomfort, anger, or anxiety when unable to bet.
Damage to family, social, or professional relationships caused by betting.
